Welcome to the "Recipes For People With GERD" page. Here you can find recipes from people like you that suffer from GERD. Of course we are still working on this page so we have not worked out every problem with it. We will be putting up some sort of database where you can search from several recipes in different categories. Please stay tune to this page because many people want to know about diet and we need your help to help us! Well here's a plan that can't go wrong. Im not a doctor so remember you are trying this at your own risk. (It really can't hurt it's just some common sense) Write a diary of everything you eat and next to each food item mark whether or not it affected you or not. After a few weeks go back to the diary and stay away from those foods that affected you and stick with the foods that don't bother you. All in all this will help you to get to know your body better.
